Service Delivery Specialist (h/f/x)
Context
The King Baudouin Foundation supports over 1,500 projects and funds across a wide range of thematic programs. As we continue to grow and expand our digital capabilities, we are strengthening our internal IT support to ensure a seamless and secure experience for all employees.
Are you our future Service Delivery Specialist (h/f/x) who will help us deliver reliable, responsive, and user-friendly IT support across the Foundation?
Your role
As our IT Service Desk Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related questions and issues within the foundation. You will support colleagues across departments with their hardware, software, and licensing needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient digital experience. You will also collaborate closely with our external IT service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- You serve as the primary contact for internal IT support, managing incidents, service requests, and troubleshooting.
- You provide hands-on support for hardware (laptops, printers, mobile devices) and software (Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, business applications).
- You maintain and manage user accounts, licenses, and access rights in coordination with our service providers.
- You monitor and follow up on open tickets with NRB and other vendors, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
- You document recurring issues and contribute to the development of internal knowledge bases and user guides.
- You support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.
- You participate in IT projects and contribute to the continuous improvement of our digital services.
Your profile
- You have a degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar IT support or service desk role.
- You are customer-oriented, proactive, and enjoy helping others solve problems.
- You are familiar with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and basic network troubleshooting.
- You are organized, communicative, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch (trilingual is a plus).
